We invite students ages 7鈥�18 to challenge their curiosity and meet new friends in an engaged and welcoming learning community.

At , we create innovative programs for students who want to explore their academic interests, learn more about the college experience and meet new friends. Our programs offer a unique opportunity to help prepare students for educational and social success in high school, college and beyond.

are taught by award-winning faculty, experienced educators, artists, musicians and scientists dedicated to inspiring young learners. Programs are backed by the resources, scholarship and reputation of the University of Wisconsin鈥揗adison, a top-ranked research university in one of the nation鈥檚 best small cities.

We invite domestic and international students to participate in our high school programs. Limited need-based scholarships are available.

BADGER PRECOLLEGE SENIOR

Programs for students finishing grades 9鈥�12

鈥� 3-week residential program

Students enroll in a single course to gain in-depth experience in subjects including astronomy, computer science, psychology and cultural studies.

鈥� 2-week residential program

This transformative program explores what it鈥檚 like to learn and live as a college student. Academic tracks include STEM, veterinary science, sports media and writing.

鈥� 4-week online program with optional in-person weekend

Expand your toolkit for navigating the college application process in this virtual program. Then, live the college experience for a weekend with the optional overnight stay.

SUMMER MUSIC CLINIC

Now in its 96th year! Musicians and music enthusiasts of all levels learn from experienced music educators, develop new music and artistic skills, and collaborate creatively with their peers. Customize your pathway in band, choir, orchestra, jazz, hip-hop, music creativity and more.
